Your fulfilment pricing is broken down into four simple charges — and nothing else. Every invoice comes with a complete breakdown, so you always know exactly what each order has cost you. We never bill in advance.
Packaging
If we pack your orders for you, we use quality unbranded packaging suited to your products — or you can specify exactly what you want used.
FREE with your own packaging
Pick & Pack
One simple charge per order covers picking your items from storage, packing them securely and handing them to the courier, ready to go.
Rates negotiable as your volume grows
Storage
You pay for the pallets your stock actually occupies — and never for empty space you are not using.
Daily rates keep your costs down
Shipping
Your parcels travel with trusted UK couriers on tracked services, at rates most sellers could never unlock on their own.
Lowest rates via our courier buying power
And Goods-In? It is FREE — receiving, checking in and putting away your stock costs you nothing. The only exception is non-palletised containers, where unloading is charged at £30/ppph for the unloading element only.

Storage by Location
Storage is charged on the locations your products occupy, at a daily rate, to keep your costs down. We never charge per item stored — and how your stock is stored is always fully visible to you.
Standard Box
10 boxes / Pallet
Our standard carton measures 455 × 455 × 405 mm. Ten standard boxes stack neatly onto one full pallet.
Scale As You Grow
£5.99 / Week
Storage starts from a single pallet — add more pallets any time as your stock grows. No long leases and no minimum term.
Pallet
£5.99 / Week
Full pallet positions (1200 × 1000 mm) for bulk inventory — stored securely in our racking and ready for fast picking.
Example: you run a single-product business selling B2C only. You send in 2 pallets of goods containing 2,000 units of stock. Your goods stay on their pallets in our racking, ready to pick as your orders come in. You would pay for 2 pallets: £11.98 per week — around £51.91 per month.
Packaging Options
If you would rather not package your items yourself, we can do it for you in high-quality unbranded packaging. Our team will choose the most suitable type for your products — or you can tell us your requirements.
Mailing Bags
From £0.10 / Parcel
Lightweight, flexible packaging suited to lower-value products. Not used for fragile items.
Padded / Board Mailers
From £0.12 / Parcel
Great for low- and high-value items alike, with proper protection for anything fragile.
Cardboard Boxes
From £0.45 / Parcel
Strong single-wall boxes, ideal for heavy or high-value items that flexible packaging cannot protect.
Void Fill
We never charge for void fill, paper, tape or anything else needed to fill or seal your shipment. We always use eco-friendly void fill such as recycled kraft paper — and we never use packing peanuts, in any scenario.
Other Charges
These charges only apply when we have to do something outside the usual scope of fulfilment — and they are always agreed with you first.
Manual Labour & Rework
£30 / PPPH
Charged per person, per hour — for one-off work such as re-labelling, kitting, quality checking or re-boxing your stock.
Manual Barcoding
From £0.30 / Label
If your stock arrives without barcodes, we will add them for you. The final cost can vary depending on SKU quantity.
Pallet Rework / Skimming Fee
If goods arrive on pallets that exceed the maximum safe pallet dimensions, the affected pallets are skimmed and re-palletised for safe storage and fulfilment.
Barcoded
From £2.00 per item
We scan, grade and sort your returns based on their condition when they arrive back with us.
Returns
Accepting returns is an industry standard in modern e-commerce. We take your returns fully off your hands — send them to us, and we handle everything from there.

Advanced Integrations
Most integrations are completely free of charge. A small number of premium, non-standard connections attract a small fee.

Connecting QuickBooks to your account attracts a small monthly service fee.
Premium Integrations

Premium non-standard platforms — for example SAP, Oracle or Wayfair — may attract a small fee. Talk to us before connecting.
